Hot Chip Burger Bar is a chef-inspired burger bar restaurant run by brother and sister, Jason and Lindsay Zubay, along with executive chef Justin Schoville. They opened their doors for business in 2018, and business has been growing steadily ever since. White Space partnered with Hot Chip to develop their brand and apply it throughout their latest concept.
